Installation Guide

Preparation: Make sure the work area is clean, free of dust and clutter before starting installation. Check the dimensions and geometry of the shaft and housing to ensure they meet the bearing requirements.

Bearing Selection: Select the appropriate needle roller bearing according to the selection requirements. Check that the bearings meet specifications and that there is no damage or dirt on the inner and outer rings of the bearings.

Lubrication: Make sure the bearings are well lubricated internally before installation. According to the bearing model and application requirements, add appropriate lubricant and ensure that the lubricant is evenly distributed between the rollers and raceways.

Bearing Positioning: Carefully slide the bearing onto the shaft, making sure it is positioned correctly. Use a seat or adapter kit suitable for the bearing, ensuring that the outer ring is also positioned correctly on the seat.

Bearing Preload: Apply appropriate axial preload when mounting bearings according to manufacturer's recommendations, which helps improve bearing stiffness and performance.

Check Bearing Rotation: After installation is complete, manually rotate the bearing to make sure it rolls freely without binding or abnormal friction.

Seals and Guards: If required by the application, install bearing seals or guards to prevent contaminants and lubricant leakage from entering the bearing interior.

 

Installation Guides

Lubrication: Regularly check the lubrication status of bearings. Change the lubricant regularly and make sure the lubricant is kept clean according to the manufacturer's recommendations and operating conditions.

Temperature Monitoring: Use a temperature monitoring device to detect the operating temperature of the bearing. Abnormal temperature rise may be an indication of a bearing problem.

Vibration Monitoring: For critical applications, vibration monitoring equipment is used to monitor bearing vibration conditions. Unusual vibrations may indicate a bearing problem.

Regular Inspection: Regularly check the condition of the bearing, including bearing appearance, size and rolling surface. If there are any abnormalities, repair measures should be taken immediately.

Replacement: Bearings are replaced regularly based on their service life and maintenance schedule to ensure high performance and reliability.

Maintenance Records: Record the maintenance history of bearings, including replacement date, lubricant type, vibration data and other information for tracking and analysis

Training: Make sure maintenance personnel have received appropriate training on how to properly install and maintain needle roller bearings.
